An interesting trend has emerged in the Greater Toronto Area condo market: micro condos under 500 sq ft have seen their values drop by 12.2% from 2020 to 2025—twice the decline experienced by larger units, which fell 6.2% during the same period. Meanwhile, Vancouver's micro condos actually gained 4.9%.
